Now unless you just haven't owned a computer until just recently, you already know that social networking is huge. From MySpace and Facebook, to numerous online dating sites and forums, there are a ton of different ways to connect with others. This can mean big bucks for an affiliate marketer!
When connecting with people through social networking sites, you will be able to find out their interest over time. If they're interested in a certain celebrity, maybe you could provide them with a free celebrity app, that not only helps them keep up with that celebrity, but makes you a few dollars as well.
It's not that hard to understand how this can be beneficial to any internet affiliate marketer. I encourage you, however, to branch out, meet new people, and target their interests as well. You will only be able to promote to your friends for so long before they start to think you're just trying to make a quick buck off of them. You must be wise promoting to your close friends or you could loose some. Of course most of them will understand and try to help you out as much as they can.
